i was put on the depo shot and it made me bleed for over a month so i went back and my doctor put me on the patch while i was still on the depo so now meaty stuff is coming out because of that and i was wondering could i sue the doctor for itCan u sue the doctor if they give u a overdose of birth control and it has caused the fallopian tube to tear?

that is all normal and happens all the time it is not your fallopian tube tearing and no you cant sue as he did nothing wrong,my daughter bled for 12 months on depo it is one of the side effects
