Regular birth control pills will not terminate a pregnancy, but it does create a hostile uterine environment which can't be good for the baby. If I thought I was pregnant I certainly wouldn't start taking birth control pills, so if you think you are take a test or go to your doctor.
If you are actually trying induce an abortion, this is not an effective way. You must seek medical help if you really want an abortion. But just think about your options.

no it wont as long as u stop taking them asap (when u find out for sure) u will have to go to the doctor, a pregnancy from a store will give u a false reading due to the bc pills.
